Takes 40 weeks to make a baby. While some do come before then they are still developing. 37 weeks is considered "term" 39+ weeks is considered "full term". You can try anything under the sun but baby is going to come when they are damn good and ready.

YES! I saw a post asking advice on how to move things along since her dr said she was basically full term. I said my advice would be to wait, baby is still developing those last few weeks!

I wish people would stop ignoring the new pregnancy terms.

I wish people would stop ignoring the new pregnancy terms. 37 weeks is no longer term. Your doctor may consider it term if they're an older doctor but do your research you'll see they changed the pregnancy terms due to finding out that baby's lungs, brain, and liver aren't fully developed until 39-40 weeks (term). I'm not saying a completely health baby can't be born at 37 weeks, but just know that 37 weeks is not considered term anymore. 😒🙄 P.S. Don't comment with the bullshit! Move around now. #RantOver
