what do I do my son seems interested in adult food when we eat?

I used to give my son oatmeal but he had reflux. it helped a lot I also put it in his bottles when he never ate enough during the day. @thatmomlyfe16 if he knows how to eat it than a couple bites won't hurt him. baby's usually are the ones who will tell you when they are ready.

he's 3 months now and he was staring down his dad when he was eating yesterday. I've given him a little bit of oatmeal cereal a few times and he knows how to move the food to the back of his mouth. he's been on meds since month 1 @nichole_lynn

4-6 months strictly, but if he begged younger than that I'd give him some. @thatmomlyfe16
