my dr said that i was basically full term when i went and i was only dialed to 1 cm what can help move the progess on?? any mommas have advice??

yes maybe i worded it wrong just wanted to get some ways on how to dilate more. baby can come when shes ready i just wanna keep the dilating happening. thanks mommas
I don't think it's anything you can do ..dilation just happens. I'm 33 weeks and already at 4 cm 🤔🤔
Not all doctors are the same or go by the same things... your body your baby to each it's own... some say baby is full term at 37 some say 38 or 39... but at the end of the day baby comes when baby want to... but I do think she was asking on how to dilate more not asking how to induce labor ... walking bouncing on ball sex or natural ways to dilate ... good luck
My advice would be to wait, baby is still going through lots of developments in the last few weeks
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
I've been bouncing on a ball and my doctor told me to walk walk walk ! I'll know tomorrow if anything has helped lol
