what helps dilation and going into labor? 39 weeks and so far dr says there won't be a baby until two weeks after....

when i was in labor at 4 cm dilated my dr. had me bouncing on a yoga ball before my epidural.. i dont really think thats necessarily true or happens alot.. @mrs.catlin

Walking a ton did it for me. And I mean we has a lot of sex too but idk if that did anything.
I've tried those three things..... I bounce on the ball everyday almost all day. sex every day. and I walk every day I go to walmart and clothing stores and walk around...
walk walk walk..could also try sex..and bouncing on a yoga ball

I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.

Hi
I am into my 15 week now
But since last two days am not having good feeling....I just feel something is wrong inside wid d kid...all my symptoms r too less
Morning sickness is gone....Metallic taste of my tounge is also less....and I feel pain in my abdoman twice or thrice which is very minor though
What should i do i am very confused
Already have gone through 5 scans because of changing gynec
Just feel that untill i hear the heartbeat or see my kid i wont b ok....got sleepless nights
