ill be 39 weeks Saturday I need help with inducing my own labor. I've already been having cramping in my vagina for a week now and every once in awhile ill have Braxton hick contractions. I've done squats, yoga, masturbation seeing how im single, and nipple stimulation. I'm gonna try walking some more and see if that helps. any recipes that might help im will to try new stuff!

I've heard spicy food and some kind of tea that helps bring along contractions...I forget what kind though. but I guess the baby will come when it wants to. lol best wishes...❤

My doctor is trying to induce me before 40 weeks because she's going to be off on my due date and says my placenta is starting to look old. How do I get labor started?? I don't want to be induced for no reason and I'm thinking I won't have a choice. Please help. What do I do to get things going?
Wanted to share with my baby bump ladies !!! This was my ultrasound pictures at 7 weeks 4 days !! I'm 8 weeks 1 day today !! Have to turn pictures upside down to see baby.. I'm in love with my little one !!!! Due date january 26th, 2019.
