Ended up getting this exact one at my baby shower. Can I unthaw my breast milk in one of these bottle warmers or do I just soak the pouch in warm water ?

no don't use the bags in it lol you can always thaw the milk in the fridge and then warm it in a bottle when babh is ready to eat

I forgot about the storage bags , hmm try using a storage bag with just water if you can to see if it pops
