How long can thawed breast milk be left out?

24 hours. after that it's not good for baby to eat

@wiccanmommy, see i still get conflicting answers on that though :/ I've heard it's good for four hours at room temp after its been heated and then I hear an hour!!! lol but I probably would throw it out after an hour anyway.. seems gross lol
