so my 9 month old even knew me walking around the store tonight was a bad idea. every time I asked if she wanted to go to the store with me to pick up a few groceries she said uh uh. well I should have listened. I've been having terrible radiating back pain since about 2 pm. well after walking around the store its now radiating to my knees and I can't even walk can barely stand up on my own and can't bend over at all. took some tylenol I'm laying in bed with a heating pad and praying to God it stops hurting because I am literally in tears!
