Irks me when someone or other mothers try to make you feel bad about what your doing with your child. Just because your doing something differently than me. Doesnt make you a better mother. Your way isn't the only way to doing something. DIFFERENT STROKES FOR DIFFERENT FOLKS. My kids or a Lil older then hers. So I've been around the block OK. Just suggested a sit and stand stroller to you when your other Lil one comes. Just because my five year old stands on a sit to stand stroller does not make him lazy. Have you ever walked your child in the rain to school. Then your poor child at school with pants soaked at the bottom. Plus my car just broke down if I'm out and about all day on the bus with my child. Sorry I rather have a seat for my son to sit on then listen to him complain about how tired he is. That doesn't make my five year old lazy get the fuck on. He cleans his room, puts his dishes away and helps with his laundry. Does what every other five year old does.

If you are struggling with tantrums and acting out then chances are your child is needing attention, not punishment. There are lots of different things that can trigger a meltdown, but the root cause is typically the same.
