anyone use primerose oil? can I start using it now?

I'm wondering the same thing I will at my appt tomorrow's

I'm using it and my midwife told me I could stsrt at 36 weeks double check with your doctor though before you start using it

my midwife just had me start at 37 weeks. she's told me insert vaginally though an wear a pad.

@momof031989, did she tell you how many mg to do? I bought the 500mg one

now that i am anout 39 weeks I do 2000 a day one in the day time one in the nighy time. I got the 1000 mg ones. she did say start out with 1000 a day. @daniellemarci
