I have a friend and it seems like she is always trying to one up her son compared to mine. My son can drink from a straw. And he has found out how to make this spinning light toy work by pressing a button. He is a year old. Idk if he is learning late or early but he is learning And I'm happy. So I told her and a couple other friends well next thing i know she sending a video of her son "drinking" from a straw when to me in the vid it looks like he is just chewing on it. He is about 6m old I believe. I'm just tired of feeling like she is trying to compare her son to mine. You know? I don't compare Niko to her son... 😒😒😒

its good to be proud of your kid! maybe your friends feel a little jealous? idk whatever it is all babies are a gift and sounds like you already know that so your good lol
I love every thing he does! Every new thing it makes me so happy to see him learning new things. And he has started shaking his head No when I try giving him things lol, he is so sassy :) I don't talk about him to seem like he is better than their babies. He was born 6m or so before all my friends kids. So of course he will be reaching different mile stones than theirs. I know all babies are different :) and thank you very much :) @breezy1993
I would straight tell her it bugs me or at least just try to remember comparing isn't a good thing cause every child is different so your child may be better off having a mom like you. anyway keep your head up! I know its hard to be okay when we are upset or hurt or bothered but you aren't alone in your feelings ☺
