I heard they do, but my thing is why don't they have an option, a visa is extra for a visa and plane ticket then money for surgery the family don't have.. the Dr didnt give him the option for a transplant but says his kidneys are completely damaged kmt a dialysis wont improve his situation in that case only a transplant can @tahtahme

Cuba has the BEST DRS IN THE WORLD, believe it or not! I would travel there for cheap, safe surgery!
