Has anyone else been extremely lazy with their pelvic floor exercises? I havnt been doing mine and getting a bit worried now 😬

No I was lazy with them haha :) Gave birth vaginally....was cut and also got assisted with forceps :) Didn't make a difference to the muscle tone at all :) But I had problems before pregnancy and during pregnancy with it hurting everytime we did it :) So possibly its loosened it a bit :) X
I didn't do it and had a vaginal birth and 2nd degree tears. I still have problems 5 years down the line so I'm doing them now 30 times a day x
I had to have an emergency c section but no its made no difference to me at all
I never even done any through my whole pregnancy lol x
It makes me feel sick to do them lol. I can do like 10 but then they make me feel sick 😂

Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week.
