Have you tried swaddling her? Baby massage? Skin to skin? Co sleeping?
Gripe water, and wrap her up like a tamale if she likes being held. It gets better mama. Hang in there

Agh I could cry!!! Worst tummy ache/period pains ever, in bed taken paracetamol so hopefully that helps so I can sleep! Suddenly came from no where!!!

@graciesmama, maybe try Lullaby music off YouTube or heartbeat sound. My daughter loves the lullabies off YouTube. Could she be too cold or warm. Or maybe try a warm bath/sponge bath if she still can't take a full bath yet
