I have a pain in my lower back , left side , that shoots down my left leg . I've never been so uncomfortable in my life . What is going on !

My, my, the difference a year makes! 7 months pregnant in the picture on the left and holding my precious little 9 month old on the right!
Sleeping position when pregnant I try to fall asleep on my left side but always wake up on my back or on my right side, is it really that bad not to be on my left?, I have horrible SPD and it's so uncomfortable on my left side so I must be turning in my sleep x

Definitely sounds like sciatica and yeah unfortunately there isn't anything you can do about it. A lot of the times it just depends on how the baby is sitting mine would come and go after a few days. Tylenol and a heating pad can help.

@rainbow417, well of course I pulled up ol Google and all I kept seeing was sciatica pain but is it something to worry about or just something I have to deal with ?
