I have a question. Is cyber sexting a part of PTSD? My SO and I have been having issues with him emotionally cheating…

What caused him to have ptsd?

he went over seas to Afghanistan when he was in active duty and got blown up and watch 2 of his brother get shot and killed and god only knows what else he has seen

Has he talked to a counselor?

honestly I don't think it has anything to do with that...don't let him use it as an excuse

no it's not a part of PTSD... that is an excuse for his behavior so he doesn't have to own the responsibility... I can tell you though people often do not have effective coping skills and will try and not deal with things by drinking or using drugs... I'm could see it possibly as a poor coping skill if he were watching porn cyber sexting is entirely different

@sparklymama, he does watch porn that doesn't bother me that just helps with adult fun lol but as far as I know he have never physically acted on cheating only through technology and that part does bother me

i hear you ... probably time for a very open conversation and some boundary setting
