Wait until you feel like your going to poo yourself. Lol I have avoided them this whole time. By doing it this way. Be careful! I heard they are a killer when you get them

Don't push unless you really have to go. You will get hemoriods (sp) trust me on that!

haha i was all trying hard af then i had to stop cuz i was like okay im not trying to have a sore booty for a the next few days lol so i gave up. i hope its normal cuz man i never missed a regular system more than ever lol @babyrossmommy

If it makes you feel any better I only go once a week since being pregnant nothing really has helped for me. It's just a pregnancy thing. My friend is the same way who is 28 weeks your pretty Close so maybe it's normal at this stage? I don't know it sure sucks and when I go it hurts really bad lol tmi I know

i eat nothing but fiber rich foods daily lol😭😭 im gonna try the prune juice. mmm but panera bread sounds soooo good right now lol im making fresh beans today so hopefully thatll help too. dammit pregnancy lol @babyrossmommy

Prune juice. Chug like 8 ounces! Or eat a bunch of greens. Like go to panera bread and get a salad with their Greens! All that fiber helps
