Depending on if you're breastfeeding, there isn't much that's safe to take. Supplements won't get rid of body fat necessarily and your body will not shed fat in just one specific area, it will shed all over. Water, HIIT cardio, weight lifting, lots of sleep, and a balanced, flexible form of nutrition will get rid of the fat. As far as supplements, I take NLA for her Aminos which helps me rehydrate, gives me energy, makes my water taste yummy and helps repair my muscles. It is safe while pregnant or breastfeeding but I do not recommend taking any thermogenics or fat burners if you're nursing!!
