While breastfeeding if I go out to drink how long do I have to wait till baby can nurse again? I know I have to pump out the "bad milk"

You don't have to pump at all even if you get drunk unless you need to feed right away sleep it off I usually pump enough for feeding a then drink and I'm fine by the next feeding

If you can drive, you can still nurse without having to pump and dump.

I have no friends! ?

I have no actual proper friends! I never go on nights out cos I don't have friends to go with! It doesn't usually bother me but it's starting too! My oh is busy helping his friend move today and then tonight he's out at the boxing with his mates and out after! Rhys is at his dads so it's just me and Isabella! ??
