Went into the hospital, had contractions 5 minutes apart. Got sent home, wasn't dilating. Thinning out, but not dilating. My water hasn't broken, 1 cm dilated....Man these contractions are a B... How did/do you ladies treat them so you can tolerate them? I'm running on 2 hours of sleep from these things! Cmon baby boy!!

If your water hasn't broken, a warm bath. Just sit and relax as much as you can. Walk a bit. Try to stay as comfy as you can. You'll be holding baby boy soon. ❤
Contraction questions
I had a membrane sweep today. Before the sweep I was 3-4 dilated & 75% effaced.
Having contractions every 3-4 mins since 4:44 ima try to wait them out BC last time I was having contractions 3 mins apart I wasn't dilating any but I was a finger tip and at my last appointment I was a full centimeter dilated.
Question ;
If you go in to the L & D , and tell them your having contractions, pains etc . & your 3 CM dilated , but c section. And don’t dilated more do they send you home or admit you. Till you dilate ? 🤔
How do you know if you are dilated? Does your water have to break so you can be dilated? I'm 38 weeks and I still don't feel labor stuff lol

that's what they did to me too, I wasn't dilating but contractions like a bitch with barely any break 3 mins apart and I was at a hospital out of town so I got a hotel room the lady was super confused why we were getting a room when I had 6 contractions just getting checked it but I laid down in the shower(the water hitting my belly helped more than just a warm bath) and then I really felt the pain 2 hours later when I went back but still at a 1 I just prayed that I would get admitted soon so I could get a f-ing epidural lol
