You can bathe them as soon as the belly button falls off. I showered my son as soon as it fell off lol I couldn't wait any longer. The bath will help get some of that gunk off.

It looks normal. Like it might have came off a little too early. I would still hold off on a real bath for a week or so. Take a q-tip dip it in alcohol and gently wipe the area to clean up some of the dry blood and to help keep it from getting infected
