hey ladies I have a question I'll wake up 8:30 9 in the morning to eat breakfast then I'll go back to sleep and wake up around 3:00 4:30pm is that normal

The last few weeks I was pregnant. All I did was wake up to eat the I'd go back to sleep. I was extremely exhausted until delivery.
Damn I'll be around 40!!! :(
How early Do you guys wake up ?
Headaches common in the 3rd trimester? Not constant but I'll wake up with a headache & usually through out the day I'll have a few here & there.
i keep waking up to a tight baby and back pain it sucks !
