For ladies who suffer with pgp can it effect your lower back and hip joint ? Was talking to my sister who had it and she reckons you can't and I'd be in more pain but she was carrying bigger than me and she's a know it all apparently👍🏻. Did a bit a research and it says you can as Its part of your pelvic layout. My left lower hip and back aches and the joint that joins my leg to my hip hurts and stiffens up after too much exercise leaving me unable to get up properly or lie down or even straighten my back my legs go numb when I try to sleep and the joint clicks and grinds. I've only started having this since being pregnant. Opinions?
Lol sisters hey I'd ignore her it is different for everyone. My third I couldn't walk at all or stand and had hydro therapy at my hospital and was being hoisted in and out it was the only way I could stand and take any steps but they found I had twisted my pelvis later on when 1 year later I could still not walk far and my pelvis was messed up. I had lots of treatments and wore a support for a long time till my hormones went back. Which was a long time as I breast fed for a long while which made it bad. My shoulder started to dislocate after I gave birth too. Relaxin the hormone that causes all this is different every pregnancy. This one although by other standards be bad is my second easiest pregnancy but I'm in agony a lot but I can actually walk some days better than others and I haven't had to have more than a few paracetamol and heat pads this time. Haven't cranked up the opiates yet
@suzie80, thanks hun. I can't imagine how much pain you go through. It's only my leg so can't imagine how you cope! That's what I was curious about. I know it couldn't be the same for every pregnant women. I do, she even asked me what formula I was going to feed my son if I couldn't breastfeed how am I suppose to know he can't until he's here? Overbearing sister but I love her xx
I've had pgp spd all of my pregnancies and the presentation is different each time. Sometimes it's my pubic bone grinding and clicking and pain I can't roll over from as I get stuck. This time it's my hip sciatica and my hip to leg joint and I struggle to walk far without agony. It's different each person each time so I would ignore her.
Yeah that's what I keep getting! @kelsxox it spreads down my bum cheek as well. just wanted to ask my sister thinks she knows everything lol! 😂
Definitely! It did with me anyway, my hip was always clicking/popping and my back/hip was always in pain

Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...

My sweet baby girl gained her angel wings this morning. She was my best friend, my true love my everything. She was so happy and beautiful, I'm struggling to say good bye. Sleep tight princess, mummy and daddy love you very very much ❤️
I know right? Don't worry I plan on it. That sounds awful! Did the hydro therapy help at all? I find water quite relaxing until the muscles decided to spasm again. I heard the isn't much you can do for pgp though other than ride it out rest and relax. It's amazing what the human body can cope with xx
