The nurse gave me some when I took my pregnancy test at the doctor I was a little less than nine weeks because nine weeks is when I got my first ultrasound
I was taking mines a bit before I began planning and then a month later I got pregnant and continued to take them.. I am now 5 weeks and the doctor confirmed my pregnancy and prescribed me prenatal pills. So I'll say the sooner the better 😁
as soon as you find out you're pregnant. it's actually good to take them before you get pregnant but obviously if it was unplanned just start them ASAP!
It's "best" to take them from before the time of conception. Lol. But of course if it's an unexpected pregnancy (or if you simply don't know to take them when trying) that doesn't happen. But just ASAP. (: that's why women who are trying to get pregnant take them. They're even good to take as a regular vitamin. Especially if you're breastfeeding.
