Hahahaha I'm so weird but after I had my baby I always jiggled my belly I wasn't used to having a jello belly

Yeah I had a c section (unwanted) so I had to wait 6 weeks to work out so I'm trying really hard now

It's definitely different when you're so used to a hard pregnant belly!

What does belly binder do?

Bellefit postpartum girdle it helps to push everything back in. I used it immediately after my csection and it definitely got everything back in place sooner. Amazon has it for. I got the dual closure and it runs $150 ish. It's worth it. @kvanpage21

@kvanpage21, first couple hours yes and then it's not. lol. But i wore on and off but it kept everything I belly was done couple weeks PP. plus I was given the green light 4 weeks PP to work out. So a combo of everything
