I filed for child support.. I received a letter from fsd saying my case had been opened. that same day my ex stopped talking to me completely. did he also receive a letter?

he was probably served with papers. they usually try to give the letters at the same time. this has been happening with a friend of mine too. but they can't "locate" her sons father. smh.

hmmm... seems a little soon. but it could be a highly possibility if you received a letter yourself

he possibly got the letter stating he was being out in child support yes.

@nichole_lynn, kinda wish that was my case honestly I don't need his money I just wanna use it against him cuz I know he doesn't wanna pay but wants visitation so I'm gonna tell him you want visits help me pay for her but if you don't sign your rights away and I'll drop the child support
