During this whole pregnancy I've been so bad at drinking water. I went through a short period where I was doing good about drinking water, but definitely know I haven't been staying as hydrated as I should.
Any other mamas during their pregnancy not drink as much or any water ?

I've been drinking coconut water and propel. Propel has no sugar or anything in it so it's better then adding some of the flavoring into a bottle because we all know we add to much 😂
Try setting an alert in your phone to remind you. I always feel sick and terrible if I get too dehydrated.
@kaidenelismommy, yep that's me! I just drink Gatorades and I get like the koolaid flavor packets for the water bottles to stay hydrated. I've never been a fan of water but mines has to ice cold as well, it has to be 100 degrees outside & we don't have any other options for me to just drink water. Lol
@dang_dridri, & @mamadove Oh my goodness I'm so glad I'm not the only one ! Although now that I'm 38 weeks & my body is starting to prepare and clean itself out, many are telling me I need to drink even more water now to stay hydrated so I won't get constipated which is happening now. I just hate water, never have liked it and when I do drink water it has to be ice cold. Haha.
Same here. I'm trying to be good and drink as much as possible these last 9 weeks
🙋🏽 water actually makes me sick will pregnant and I didn't really drink water to begin with so its been hard.
I didn't drink much water unless my bf was fetching some for me lol I was terrible at staying hydrated
