Does anyone else have pain in their one leg joint? My right leg in the joint can get quite painful especially if I'm lying down and try to get up or move it a certain way. After a lot of walking it stiffens up and it gets a lot worse. Any suggestions??

Woken up to the worse back pains ever I had to get on all fours for it do it but it keeps coming back😩😣and it hurts to walk😩

Well at least now I have a rough idea what it is👍🏻 ive noticed its in my lower back and hip as well. That's exactly how it feels for me like it's a struggle to move it. Awh im sorry not pleasant at all :( xx

It's your joints in your hips loosening and pgp mine gets so bad I start to struggle to walk like my leg goes heavy. I get it every pregnancy till I can't really walk and nothing helps I'm afraid. I out a heat pack on my hips to ease the inflammation
