No I lost mine two weeks ago and here I am still preggers

not necessarily, I lost mine in pieces on Saturday and wasn't dilated at all until yesterday I've been having contractions since I lost my plug but they've been inconsistent. it's hard to say as every pregnancy and every woman is different. best of luck (:
