I would honestly just go into L&D. Back labor doesn't necessarily work like regular contractions. It can start as regular/consistent back pain and then slowly start moving towards the front and then become regular/timed contractions. I dealt with that with two of my labors. Good luck! You can definitely have those during labor but I wouldn't say that because you are having them you are definitely in labor. I had them and it was awful. If you haven't lost your mucus plug yet I would hop in a warm bath. It will help a ton!
