soooo can anyone please explain how exactly contractions feel like?
🤔🤔🤔🤔
Back pain that spreads to the front and intense period like cramps and tightening/cramping in your stomach. I thought I knew what pain was...when I was really far along omg it felt like an extreme weight was bearing down on my hips and back. I was like convulsing during them, I couldn't talk or see straight, and I was shaking in pain.
I had back labor but it felt like i was going to poop and I'd get a shooting pain up my butt and into my back that would cause me to catch my breath. It was like a wave of pain started slow and then it really hurt and then it went back down.
mild cramps then it felt like a knife was being stuck and twisted in my lower abdomen. i didn't have a break between contractions which made it worse. like a wave of pain that would go from mild to severe and a little less severe then super intense pain. i would tense up and shake from the pain, so when it came time to push my back was killing me and didn't have the strength to push, so my hubby had to hold my neck to help me bend to push. plus, laying down for 24 hrs didn't help me. i had the epidural but still felt some pain. but once my little girl was out, all the pain all the discomfort just immediately went away. it was amazing.
Hell. I had back labor though so maybe regular labor isn't as bad? I feel like its when your calf cramps up and you try to rub it and it makes it worse but in your belly, back, ass, hips, thighs.
I think labor is a different experience for everyone
