I'm seriously desperate now I need to sleep I haven't slept normal in days I probably got a total of 5 hours of sleep it's so frustrating π© does anyone have any suggestions ahhh

@carrsonsmom I called my doctor today and he said melatonin but I haven't gotten to chance to get it yet ugh

I'm in the same boat! Everything I've tried doesn't help. Only thing that's helped in the past was Tylenol pm, took it due to back pain. Maybe you can try that.
