I don't let anyone come to anything except my SO. It's our bonding time with baby. It makes my mom mad but she had 3 babies this is my first.

I invited my fiancé and my own mom, but not my fiancé's mom to the midway sono and the 3d sono in 7 wks. I don't agree w people inviting themselves

my SO has only gone to 2 appointments. the first was anatomy the second he had to go because I switched doctors and needed his info. his mom has gone to a few and to my next one but I invited her to them, none of my family has gone to any.

@babes101116, His mom is great, I just can't handle how involved she wants to be. It's like she wants to be a third parent!

@pebblestone I get what you're saying but like @ladyameliasmama it feels really private to me. It's my anatomy scan and we're finding out the gender and I'd rather it just be me and him. I've always been a more private person though, that's just how I am!

@erica95 I have my boyfriend come to ultrasounds but the checkups I like going to alone. I'm not going to drag him all the way there for them to look me over quick and send me home lol
