It's going in 5 weeks since I had my baby girl... N I'm ready to start working out... Nothing major but at least long walks in the early AM or late late PM just to start getting my legs stronger n my body in gear for the real thing...

I started doing cardio 5 wks after my son was born but I healed fast but weights and stuff I started 6 wks
