FTM Do contractions starts at the top of you back and go down??? I've been feeling this weird crampy feelings going down my back...bur she hasn't dropped.

I hurt so bad! When i sit down i feel as if im pushing baby boy back up out of the canal or something it hurts so bad! Im thinking about going in to the doctor.. But idk
