I've been having quite a few Braxton hicks lately but today I've had a few where my belly goes all hard but I don't really get any pain. Is this normal?

Has anyone used this app before? I used it with a few tests and it said that (according to the control line I guess cause there was no 2nd line which makes me weary of this) so idk how accurate it is but I've been nauseous for the past few days, so we'll see what happens...
