(TMI) but I just lost a big chunk of mucus and now I'm cramping really bad. When should I go to L&D I'm 39 weeks.

I would maybe call labor and delivery and see what they say.. Maybe time your cramps.

Time your cramps. Unless your contractions are 5 mins or less or your water has broken there's nothing to be done
