Why not just go to Walmart and get a backpack? it doesn't have to be a diaper bag for it to work as one :)

i have this one and it's great, the straps are padded. and it has lots of pockets and space for tons of stuff!

I loooove a couple ones but they are so so expensive!! Especially the cute ones :/
