@briony1994, I stood in bathroom earlier soaking a Flannel every few minutes with cold water and holding it on, was lush 😂😂😂 had me in tears last night they're horrible aren't they hun xx

I find my stitches feel tighter/more uncomfortable after a shower :( almost like they are drying out @daniluvsdis xx

@briony1994, I found/find a nice warm shower helpful! Stand under it and let it fall on your back, it runs down & soothes your stitches! I've spent so long in a shower when I've had the parents & in-laws round! It really helps! I'm terrified of getting a bath incase I make it go 'red.' Haha xx
