Right so after labour your uterus contracts back and midwife told me is worse with your second baby.. Now I'm on like the fourth day and pain killers just aren't cutting it and when the pain appears it's putting me in tears... I feel that bad my other half wants to get me a bottle of wine to knock myself out to get some rest!! Any ladies got any tips or tricks to help ease the pain?

If the wine don't work try vodka or hot whiskey! I know that's what is meant for a cold but it's worth a try ;) xxx
@holliesinead, no judgement here Hun, thought has crossed my mind too, desperate times count for desperate measures!! Will get some wine tomorrow if nothing else works xxx
If wasn't breastfeeding I think I would of made myself a weed brownie or had a the biggest bottle of wine to the pain! Im sure someone will judge me for that comment but the pain was fucking unreal! 🙈😩 at least in labour you have a choice of pain relief! Xx
Honestly feel like my hot water bottle might break I've used it that much 😂 I've just been taking either paracetamol or ibuprofen gunna try doing them together now though lol! @jod1303 @holliesinead it's terrible it's like labour you go through the pain but you get the love of your life at the end unlike this I feel it's pointless pain which is worse xxx
I cried and screamed from the pain! Nothing I could do would help it was worse than labour if your not breastfeeding get the wine out! Xx
the wine is only a temporary fix 😭 try using a hot water bottle with the tablets suggested xxx

breastfeeding is really hard I have to top up with formula.. think I will stop soon.. yeah my midwife told me to bath twice a day.. I had them really hot too.. that helped loads.. hope your feeling better soon xx

I took 2 paracetamol's and 2 ibuprofen together. r u breastfeeding as it hurt more when I was feeding... im on baby no 3 it was horrible pain.. by day 7 it stopped... good sign your tum is getting back into shape x
So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.

Do any of you ladies get sharp pains in your stomach? It's not really painful, but I never had it happen before. It didn't last long. It just worried me a little.
Did anyone tear during birth?
If so what was your go to options to heal yourself? As in what did you use for pain an to take care of the tear.
An how long did it take for you to get healed? Any information is helpful.
