@meera, your body naturally produces vaginal discharge, it becomes heavier during pregnancy, it helps clean out your vagina naturally and helps prevents against infection, if it is white, creamy, or watery and clear it is just normal vaginal discharge. If it is green, yellow, brown or has an odor it can be an infection. If it is just normal vaginal discharge no amount of cleaning your vagina will make it go away, our bodies naturally produces it. All you can do is wear a panty liner to prevent it from getting on your underwear.

@meera, if it's smelly it could be a yeast infection, go to the dr and get checked because if it's a yeast infection you need stuff to clear it before you deliver the baby. Cleaning it too often can also cause infections, that's why our body makes discharge, our vaginas clean themselves.
