I'm 24 years old. I have a 5 year old little girl that the father got custody of. I still get time with her and what not. Well I met a guy when I visited my mother. He moved to ny with me for 7 months... but during them 7 months he had to get travel permits because he is on probation. well I moved to va to make it easier on us, making the weekly trips to ny. well now I'm pregnant and once my daughters father found out he made excuses and unless I move back to NY I won't see my daughter. So I'm moving back. Just not sure how to make my relationship with my baby daddy work. I'm due in dec, and he don't get off until march..sigh

Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?

Well it's 4am again...husband is at another bar. Told him at 1 I want to go to the hospital because of the cramps I'm having. He keeps turning his phone on to text on whatsapp but then turns it off. He won't answer my calls or texts. I'm sitting at home crying in pain. This is the 3rd time in less than 2 months and the last time was less than a week ago. I need to move back to Ohio. It's final.

I need some help/knowledge on child support and taxes?! Her father pays child support monthly.. My daughter lives with me, I haven't filed my taxes yet. I'm planning on doing it this weekend. My ex just texted me and said - "Hey my dad is doing my taxes for me and he needs ur social security number n your full name, cause I need to claim back some of the taxes from the child support. And he said u can still claim Mia it won't affect it he already asked the tax people. So if u can send it over that be great thanks." However, when I googled it...I found out child support is outside of taxes. I FEEL like he's lying to me to try to get my social so he can claim our daughter. Anyone know?!

What do you think???? I know that I over reacting but me and the father of my kids are not in good terms.. I ask my mom to give the kids to him that's it. but he have her money to get stuff without telling me...she help him with getting a car after all he did to me...he not wanting my daughter and not been with my kids a full weekend.. I'm been doing everything alone.. I call him and he was that's not of your business.... I don't call his family at all how he is with my kids.. I'm about to give up 💔
