So i need some help I've been taking prenatal vitamins and they make me so sick so yesterday I brought gummies because somebody told me to try them but the baby isn't letting me keep them down what am I supposed to do because sometimes I skip a day or two of taking them because they make me so sick... Can somebody give me some tips or tricks pleaseeeee!!!!

I would agree try taking them at night also don't worry too much though! The more you stress the more nauseated you'll feel. Praying for your health and baby !!💖
@ellieinmybelly, no I've been taking them on a full stomach what I do is eat first then wait about 20min and then take them because I use to take them with food but it comes back up and then I took apple sauce and stuck the pill in them and took them like that it worked but still made my stomach upset @bria Ive tried every way possible still comes up smh lol and I have the worst headaches as well so I've taken these prenatal gummies for today so far they haven't came up but there's no telling lol
Do the best you can, don't stress, and take them on a full stomach which I'm sure is hard for you right now, but try eating toast crackers etc and then taking them ... Most vitamins are best absorbed through food anyway so even if you do throw up a bit later, good chance that some of those vitamins got absorbed ! For the most part a baby will take from you everything it needs and you will be the one deficient in the vitamins (which isn't ideal but should help ease your mind about baby). I would recommend avocado toast it's full of folate which is what's the best for you and baby.

the amount of women who are clueless about their own anatomy is so sad and shocking. a lot of the women are older than me and have more children then I do 😳
now I understand that everyone has their own opinion on the topic and grown adults can do whatever they want with their bodies but to deny facts and make up false statements about your own anatomy when it comes to your unborn child is just so disappointing.
