So I started off my pregnancy sleeping on my right side, now I can't fall asleep unless I'm on my right side.. but I was told the laying on your left side is what the hospital tells you to do to send you into labor.. should I be worried?
Sleeping on your left won't cause you to go into labor if that's what you're scared of :)
Sleeping on your left is recommended during pregnancy because it allows for a more direct flow of blood and oxygen to baby &I laying on your right can squish your stomach/intestines which can then in turn cramp up baby's space is how I was explained it :) hope that helps
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
