i have come to the point i can hardly run a brush threw my hair, i use shampoo and conditioner, i just dont know what to do to get the tangle out of my hair, its not dead ends i just had them cut off, any advice on what to do to help?

ive been switching to different ones to see if it does any difference but havent got anything so far, @valerie_jean
also, what @valerie_jean was getting at, maybe try to switch it up. there's something called the caramel treatment or something and it's advertised for "natural hair" I believe is what it's called and that may be something to look into.
Do you keep buying the same shampoo and conditioner or do you switch it up?
Try a hair mask for the ends. you may need it thinned out, if it's curly maybe you can get a Brazilian blowout if you're fine with fucked up curls. they make detangling spray for kids, try that too lol. my mom used that on us all the time
