so my ex hasn't bought one thing for my almost 2 month daughter... everything my daughter has is cuz I've got it for her he thinks visiting her once a week is enough...but I recently found out he's been supporting his new girlfriends kid and her....so I filed for child support now he's pissed. so I'm gonna give him the option he can either pay for child support and take me to court to get visitation (cuz I want a lawyer there) or he can not pay child support and sign his rights away...is that bad? I'm struggling to support my daughter I'm on unpaid leave and have had to borrow money from my dad who has 12 kids of his own.

Apply for help with United way. You might have to garnish your hubby wages to get support and apply for all govt assistance you can

@bqueen, @ramenmami @16.5.16 thanks ladies!!I even gave him a chance.. I was like I'll ask him to buy her a pack of diapers she can only use pampers she's allergic to most brands and he was like yes I will but its not gonna be the brand you want and so then I was just like forget it so I filed and we were both served papers yesterday and he's been avoiding me since. I'm just like whatever your gonna be even madder when someone holds you financially accountable for her

yeah fuck his feeling. you are doing what you have to do for your daughter. such a shame he is putting you and the baby through this.
Nah girl do whatever you gotta do to make sure your baby is right.. Fuck his feelings he has a responsibility to take care of his kid and if he's not doing it physically he better do it financially
