Bloody show is your mucus plug with blood in it. I had mine the day before I went into labor and had more of it the day I was in labor. But if you just had a cervical check or membrane sweep it's not uncommon for you to bleed due to the cervix being irritated and if that's the case there is a chance it's not your bloody show.

You can have blood in your plug in pretty sure cause if it was your bloody show think it would be more than that..

@mrstaylor, do you know if bloody show and mucus plug are the same thing.... I know I have two children already but I was induced with both of them. So naturally laboring is all new to me.

It's kind of more like blood not mucousy
