Why is my MIL always threatening to try and get custody of my daughter? its pissing me off

she hasnt taken me to court but each time i do something she doesnt like she threatens me @transformermom

You keep fighting and as long as you back up your statements with evidence, then you be fine. I am in same boat. Do background checks on your partner on been verified or Intellus. Research each email address on spokeo. Be surprised what you find. Also show pics of your strong bond w your child and any evidence of parenting classes you took, your childhood, take pics of your apartment, and how you taking care of your child. Proof of ins cards and food stamps and etc. then you win and they lose. And be in prayer

Make sure you keep any texts/emails/etc of her being nasty/threatening
