I haven't had an ultrasound since 7 weeks because I switched doctors and they don't have a machine…

I got one at 6 weeks and didn't get another until 20 weeks at my ultrasound. well I did get a 3d/4d/HD at 14 weeks, 17 weeks, 23 weeks and 30 weeks but that's because I paid for it.

I got one at 6 weeks and then 20 weeks then 31 weeks but I know what you mean the ultrasound appointments were always my favorite

that's weird I got a 6wk, 10wks, 13wks 15wks, 20wk (which needs to be redone due to his uncooperativness at 24wks) and I think there are a few in my 3rd trimester that I'll have done

I know I hated that I know too many ultrasounds aren't good for the baby but I was always so nervous like what if she's not still alive or what if the cords around her neck

@belles_mom422, exactly. Like I got to hear the heartbeat on Saturday because I went to the ER because I was paranoid about leaking. Hearing the heartbeat makes me feel better but I still want an ultrasound and I feel like I'm being deprived!

that's normal. you normally only get 2 to 3 if it's a normal and healthy pregnancy. I am obese, diabetic, and have high BP so I get an ultrasound once a month through a specialist.

Well, I forgot to say I was suppose to not get another one until my 20 week anatomy scan but due to complications and almost losing my baby I got one at 9 weeks, 20 weeks and then 36 weeks and 37 weeks and had my baby right after my 37 week ultrasound. They won't give you one when you ask? I was blessed to see her every 2 weeks until I got to be 18 weeks pregnant. They always had to use hand held ultrasound machine to see heartbeat because she was stubborn and never let the doctor find it until I was about 18 weeks. Of course I didn't get to see her whole body but she tried to show me what she could. I would beg them if I were you or do what my friend did and go to the er just so she could get a ultrasound.

Yeah it's hard in the beginning cause you only get 1 appointment each month to hear the heartbeat

I had my first at 13 weeks then 19 and then 23 only because he was stubborn during the 19th week my next isn't until 8 weeks from now😢
