oh god! I sneezed for the first time yesterday and had a coughing fit today, I cant imagine throwing up right after!

Yesssss! The only thing worse than that is throwing up right after the C section... The second day in the hospital I threw up like 4 times and it felt like I was going to rip my incision open😭 but 4 weeks after and I'm still nervous when I have to cough or sneeze
